I humbly acknowledge the people of the Woi wurrung language group of the eastern Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the unceded lands on which I make my home and do my work.

I recognise their deep traditions of community, storytelling, ritual and spirituality; and their ongoing connection to land, waters and culture. I commit to learning about and from these Indigenous knowledges.

I respectfully acknowledge the wisdom and energy of Indigenous elders past, present and emerging. I recognise their ancestral trauma and current adversity, and commit myself to a building new future for our country together.
