Do you ever wonder –
What is it all about?
This thing called life.
We are born
We do some stuff
Eventually –
Hopefully after a lot of stuff!
We die.
It’s the stuff that’s real though.
Not just the big stuff either
Those little, every day moments
Those times that make you smile
From deep within
A look
A laugh
An embrace
A kind word in a moment of need
A friend who sits with you in silence.
When you look back you realise
That’s what life’s about!
So look forward
And decide to pay more attention
Look around you, right now
This is now
This is life.
